Super Boost!

So guess what people.  I kick normal people ass!  So I am going to let you all know a recipe I use to make my average everyday that much more effective!  Plus, it doesn't taste half bad.

Okay here is the most natural and organic recipe for this that you can get, and you should use!
Ice - 2 Cup
Yogurt - 1 Cup
Juice one Orange
Blueberries - 1 Cup
Banana - 1
Walnuts - 1/2 Cup
Wheatgerm - 2 Tbsp
Celery Stalk - 1
Carrot Stalk - 1/2
Honey - 1/4 cup
Cinnamon - 1 tsp

The yogurt is packed with vitamins and protein and will build a strong immune system!  The orange juice will give you tons of Vitamin C and calcium!  Blueberries keep your mind sharp!  The banana will load you up with potassium and Vitamin B for energy!  Walnuts are full of protein and iron!  Wheatgerm is packed with many other essential Vitamins and proteins!  Celery is a natural relaxant!  A full carrot stalk has 400+% Vitamin A and beta carotene that is good for your eyes!  The honey is packed with calories to keep your body full of energy!  And the cinnamon will make your breath smell good as well as stimulate your appetite so you can eat more to keep you fighting strong!
