Okay so Cincinnati is a whole new ball park. It isn't a search kind of thing like my old city was. It is more like, certain streets have scouts for the police and they do drug deals in public and there are gangs around the drug dealers. So not only do they have eyes out, but they also have large numbers that I can't take. My normal targets may have to change. I guess I can try and find where the drugs are being made/grown at. But I have a whole new deal on my plate here. I need to get my work out there to pat rent and buy all sorts of food and training now too!
But there is violent crime all over the place here. I beat on a few muggers last night. I am not sure what the people are who witnessed my rescues thought of it that watched. There were 3 mug interceptions I did, 2 people stayed and called the police and one ran. I will describe one of the encounters.
A woman was being stalked. But I was stalking the stalker. He waited till the girl turned a corner out of sight of people and then he did a bag snatching. So I chased him down not to far of a distance. When I got close enough I threw my improv shield at the back of his legs. It tripped him up enough that I caught up to him and walloped him in the back with my bat. He went down and went to grab a gun, but I kicked it out of his hand then kicked him in the gut. The woman caught up, and I wrestled with him for a bit, but I can't wear out so he ended up wearing out. He surrendered eventually and I told him to get lost and I gave the woman her purse back.
It felt good to help, but there was no profit there. I don't want to have to get a real job.
And question for others out there. I discovered that homeless people steal from each other and fight. What am I supposed to do about this? I don't even know if the stuff they have is worth fighting for, at least I don't want to injure somebody homeless because most of them are older and I don't think they could get medical attention. Help?
